All payments of NECOL invoices using the online payment facilities are subject to the following conditions.
NECOL accepts the following credit cards in USD Transaction only: Visa & MasterCard When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card account in USD or the equivalent. Payments are deposited to NECOL Ltd. bank account.
NECOL Ltd. will appear on your Bank statement. Online payments are secure: Payments will be processed directly by the Caribbean Credit Card Corporation (4c's) Payment Gateway.
NECOL will not store your credit card details in our database. Confirmation: - If successful, NECOL will confirm that your payment was completed. - If unsuccessful, NECOL will advise that your payment has failed.
NECOL may advised why a payment has failed, however, you should contact your credit card provider for details. - If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice, to pay your invoice.
NECOL will confirm your payment details via email. Refunds Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require NECOL to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

By using NECOL online payment facilities, you agree to all applicable NECOL policies relating to your Internet resources. All information you provide on the credit card payment facility forms will be handled in accordance with the NECOL privacy statement.
NECOL Terms and Conditions for online payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
